How to Use

• Place your crystal bracelets, rings, pendants, earrings, malas, tumble stones, or healing crystals on the plate.
• Leave them for 6–12 hours, preferably overnight, to cleanse and recharge their energy.
• You may also place affirmation cards, intention notes, sacred objects, or small idols on the plate during meditation or prayer.

Cleansing

Selenite is traditionally believed to be self-cleansing, making it one of the easiest crystals to care for.

For physical maintenance:

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
• If desired, energetically cleanse using incense, sage, palo santo, or sound healing.

Avoid water, as selenite is a soft mineral that may become damaged or dissolve when exposed to moisture.

Charging

Selenite naturally maintains a high energetic vibration and generally does not require charging. However, you may refresh its energy by:

• Placing it under gentle moonlight, especially during a Full Moon.
• Using sound healing instruments such as a singing bowl or mantra chanting.
• Holding the plate while setting intentions, praying, or meditating.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
