At Aura and Abundance, we ensure that your crystals are packed with care and delivered safely to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Remote areas may take longer

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or order values (if applicable)

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp

  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct

  • Aura and Abundance is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer unavailability

    • Courier service issues

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details:

    • Re-shipping charges may apply

    • No refund will be provided in such cases

7. Damaged Package

  • If the package appears damaged, do not accept it

  • Record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days

  • Customs duties or taxes (if any) must be paid by the customer
