Return & Refund Policy

At Aura and Abundance, we carefully prepare and energetically curate each crystal, crystal accessory, spiritual item, and jewellery piece before it is shipped.

Because our products are intended to be used as energy and spiritual items, we follow a strict No Return, No Exchange and No Refund policy.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made through Aura and Abundance are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refund requests after an order has been confirmed or dispatched.

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

Crystals and crystal accessories
Crystal bracelets, malas, pendants and rings
Spiritual and energy products
Crystal jewellery
Anti-tarnish and fashion jewellery
Other products specifically described as energy or spiritual items

2. Why Our Products Are Non-Returnable

Our products are selected, prepared, handled and packed with care. As these products are purchased for their spiritual, energetic and personal-use purposes, we cannot accept items back once they have been delivered to or handled by a customer.

For this reason, products cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind, no longer requires the product, or feels that the product is not suitable for them.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging every order.

If you receive an item that is physically damaged during transit or is different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide:

Unboxing video recorded continuously from the time the package is opened
Clear photographs of the outer packaging
Clear photographs/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
Your order number

Each case will be reviewed individually.

If the issue is verified as a genuine transit damage or fulfilment error, Aura and Abundance may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Please note that this does not constitute a general return or refund right.

4. Unboxing Video

For damage or incorrect-item claims, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label and the product being removed from the package.

Claims without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

5. Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts or any other reason attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Cancellation

Orders may not be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Cancellation requests will be considered only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

7. Energy & Spiritual Disclaimer

Our crystals and spiritual products are offered for spiritual, personal and wellness purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Any information provided about the traditional or spiritual properties of crystals represents beliefs and traditional practices and should not be considered medical advice or a guaranteed result.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with Aura and Abundance, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return, No Exchange and No Refund Policy.
